Berapa lama proses implementasi Gaji.id?

Lama proses implementasi bergantung pada jumlah karyawan & tingkat kompleksitas kebutuhan member. Secara umum proses implementasi akan selesai dalam 5 hari kerja dengan catatan semua data sudah disiapkan dengan rapi oleh calon pengguna.

Saya sibuk & tidak sempat mengurus implementasi, bagaimana ya?

Kami akan menyesuaikan dengan jadwal Anda dan siap membantu mempersiapkan semua. Namun perlu menjadi catatan bahwa diperlukan kehadiran dua belah pihak dalam proses implementasi untuk memastikan semua hal yang dibutuhkan sudah sesuai.

Apakah ada biaya tambahan untuk implementasi & pelatihan ?

Untuk implementasi awal tidak dikenakan biaya apapun, dan untuk pelatihan juga akan diberikan 2x kunjungan gratis di area Jabodetabek. Untuk daerah di luar Jabodetabek hanya akan dikenakan biaya transportasi dan akomodasi saja.

Apakah ada sertifikasi lain mengenai keamanan Gaji.id?

Gaji.id sudah memiliki ISO 9001.2015 dan ISO 21001.2013, selain itu Gaji.id melakukan pentest secara berkala, sertifikat pentest dapat diberikan kepada member.

Bagaimana cara pembayaran untuk berlangganan HRIS Gaji.id?

Pembayaran dapat dilakukan dengan Fleksibel yaitu bulanan ataupun tahunan, sehingga tidak membebani perusahaan.

Depends on the number of employee & complexity of member's needs. In average, implementation process will take 5 working days when all data is ready & submitted by user.

I'm busy and can't take care of the implementation, what should I do?

We will adjust to your schedule and ready to help prepare everything. However, it should be noted that the presence of two parties is required in the implementation process to ensure that all the things needed are appropriate.

Are there additional costs for implementation & training?

There is no charge for the initial implementation, and for training there will also be 2x free visits within the Jabodetabek area. For areas outside Jabodetabek, only transportation and accommodation costs will be charged.

Is there any other certification regarding the security of Gaji.id?

Gaji.id already has ISO 9001.2015 and ISO 21001.2013, apart from that Gaji.id conducts pentests regularly, pentest certificates can be given to members.
