Ketentuan ini menjadi dasar perhitungan pesangon menurut UU Cipta Kerja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ketentuan Besaran <\/strong><strong>Pesangon UU Cipta Kerja<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Besaran pesangon yang harus dibayarkan pengusaha kepada pekerja telah diatur dalam UU 6\/2023. Ketentuan ini menggunakan pendekatan progresif, di mana semakin lama masa kerja karyawan, maka jumlah pesangonnya juga semakin besar. Aturan pesangon UU Cipta Kerja secara umum adalah sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&lt; 1 tahun: 1 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 s.d &lt; 2 tahun: 2 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 s.d &lt; 3 tahun: 3 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 s.d &lt; 4 tahun: 4 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 s.d &lt; 5 tahun: 5 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 s.d &lt; 6 tahun: 6 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 s.d &lt; 7 tahun: 7 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7 s.d &lt; 8 tahun: 8 bulan upah<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2265 8 tahun: 9 bulan upah<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selain itu, UU Cipta Kerja juga mengatur dua komponen penting lain yang merupakan kewajiban pemberi kerja saat terjadi PHK, yaitu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Uang Penghargaan Masa Kerja (UPMK):<\/strong> Bonus tambahan yang diberikan kepada pekerja sebagai bentuk apresiasi atas masa kerja mereka.
