Dengan bantuan teknologi seperti <em>Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/em>, perusahaan dapat menyederhanakan proses perekrutan, mulai dari penyaringan CV hingga evaluasi kandidat. Namun, di balik kemudahan tersebut, otomatisasi dalam rekrutmen juga menimbulkan sejumlah tantangan yang perlu diantisipasi. Sebab jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, tantangan-tantangan yang ada justru dapat menimbulkan masalah baru dalam proses perekrutan karyawan. Jika data tersebut memiliki kecenderungan diskriminatif, misalnya lebih banyak kandidat dari jenis kelamin atau latar belakang tertentu yang diterima, algoritma dapat \u201cmeniru\u201d pola bias tersebut. Selain itu, HR perlu melakukan <em>bias audit<\/em> secara berkala untuk memantau hasil seleksi dari sistem. Pendekatan lain yang efektif adalah menerapkan model <em>hybrid recruitment<\/em>. Artinya, teknologi membantu proses penyaringan awal, tetapi keputusan akhir tetap melibatkan evaluasi manusia, demi agar objektivitas perekrutan tetap terjaga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"2\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kurangnya Sentuhan Manusia dalam Proses Rekrutmen<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Otomatisasi berarti efisiensi, tetapi di sisi lain, terlalu banyak mengandalkan teknologi dapat menghilangkan unsur personal atau <em>human interaction<\/em> dengan kandidat. Banyak pelamar merasa frustasi ketika proses rekrutmen terasa kaku, dingin, dan tanpa komunikasi langsung dengan perekrut. Akibatnya, data kandidat menjadi terfragmentasi dan sulit dianalisis secara menyeluruh. Keterbatasan integrasi juga dapat menyebabkan duplikasi data, kesalahan penginputan, atau kehilangan informasi penting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solusi terbaik untuk masalah ini adalah jika perusahaan menggunakan sistem HRIS komprehensif yang sudah dilengkapi dengan modul rekrutmen terintegrasi.
